I’m letting everyone know the Crowsnest Angler Fly Shop has closed. It has been an honour and a privilege to have served the Crowsnest Pass for the past 32 years. It has been an amazing journey for us. We would like to thank all those who supported us throughout the years. Thanks also to all our staff and guides. We could not have done this without your help!

Vic: We look at our gear and see so much of it came from the store. From our early days getting started wading in the Crow 25 years ago, you, your staff and the store were a big part of so many great times. All the best in the next chapter.

Hello from the Ottawa guys. I just heard yesterday that you had contacted Chris to let him know the bad news of your store closing. Certainly we had known that this was coming one day but one always hopes it will always be “next year”.
I believe that my first visit to your shop was about 2009, when I joined Al (the only true ‘Crowsnester’ of our group). Over the years you have been a source of knowledge for us, a supplier of great gear and a true friend. On one of the earlier trips you very kindly did an emergency rod tip repair. Of course storage of our bear sprays year after year has been most appreciated.
I wish you all the best in your retirement where ever that takes you.

Thanks for providing us all with great service and excellent product. It was a pleasure to help you that first year in the store and as a guide. You were a good mentor for me in those early days and now perhaps we can get more time to fish together again.
