Crowsnest Pass Art Exhibit

The Crowsnest Pass Public Art Gallery’s summer show, Into the Woods, opens on Saturday. The exhibition will feature a variety of works by local artists. Two of my photographs, Trees in Autumn and Walking Through the Woods, have been selected for display in the exhibit. More information about the show and these photographs can be seen in the Exhibits page of this website.

The art gallery is located right along Highway 3 in the town of Frank. The show runs from August 10 – September 8. Admission is free.

Art Exhibit – Crowsnest Pass Gallery

It’s the middle of February, which means it’s time for the annual No Particular Topic exhibition at the Crowsnest Pass Public Art Gallery. The exhibit runs February 16 – March 17, 2019. The opening reception will be held Saturday, February 16 (1-3). This exhibit is always a great opportunity to view a wide variety of work by local artists.

One of my wildflower photographs, Crocus for Maggie, will be on display. More information on this photograph can be seen on the Exhibits page of my website. If you are going to be in Crowsnest Pass or are passing through in the next few weeks, be sure to stop by the art gallery. It’s located along Highway 3 in the town of Frank. Admission is free.

Crowsnest Pass Art Exhibit

The Crowsnest Pass Public Art Gallery’s summer show, Soundscapes, opens on Saturday. A variety of works by local artists will be on display. One of my photographs, Beckoning Waters has been selected for display in the exhibit.  More information about the show and the story behind my photograph can be seen in the Exhibits page of this website.

Art Exhibit – Crowsnest Pass Gallery

The Crowsnest Pass Public Art Gallery will be holding their annual No Particular Topic exhibition February 24 – March 25. All works are by local artists and will encompass a variety of mediums such as acrylic, oil, felted wool, sculpture, glass, watercolor, and photography. The opening reception will be held Saturday, March 3 (1-3 pm).

One of my photographs, Morning Light on Coneflower, will be on display in this show. Information on this photograph can be found on the Exhibits page of my website. If you are going to be in the neighborhood, and have the opportunity, be sure to stop by the gallery. There’s sure to be something of interest for everyone. Crowsnest Pass Art Exhibit
Celebrating Canada 150

The Crowsnest Pass Public Art Gallery’s summer show opens on Saturday. This year’s exhibition, INTERPRETING CANADA: An Artist’s Portrait, celebrates Canada’s 150th Anniversary. The various works showcased in the exhibit are a visual representation of what Canada means to the artists who created these pieces. A variety of mediums such as acrylics, oil, mixed media, sculpture, and photography will be on display. I’m extremely pleased, and honoured, to have one of my photographs, Promising Waters, selected for the exhibit.

The art gallery is located right along Highway 3 in the town of Frank. The show runs from July 22 – August 27. Admission is free.

Art Exhibit – Crowsnest Pass Gallery

If you enjoy art, you might be interested in this bit of information. The Crowsnest Pass Public Art Gallery will be holding their annual No Particular Topic exhibit January 28 – February 26. The opening reception is this Saturday (January 28), between 1-3 pm. There’s always some great artwork on display during this show, so you don’t want to miss it. You may also want to spend some time visiting the gift shop, while you’re at the gallery. There are lots of interesting things available for purchase here, all created by local artisans. The art gallery is located along Highway 3, in the town of Frank. Admission is free.
